Algemene Voorwaarden
Algemeen
De volgende algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aankopen die gedaan worden op www.raanii.eu. Ook worden de voorwaarden voor ontwerpen op maat hier omschreven. Door een bestelling te plaatsen of met mij samen te werken verklaard u akkoord te gaan met deze algemene voorwaarden.
Betaling
- U kunt betalen met iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal, Maestro, Mastercard, en Visa.
- Voor de verzending van de bestelling brengen wij portokosten in rekening volgens de tarieven van PostNL in het geval van binnenlandse post en DPD in het geval van verzending buiten Nederland.
- RAANII is niet verantwoordelijk voor enige invoer kosten.
Levering
- De artikelen op raanii.eu die uit voorraad leverbaar zijn worden, na ontvangst van betaling, binnen 3 werkdagen verzonden.
- Alle bestellingen worden verzonden als brievenbuspakket. Binnen nederland wordt er verstuurd met PostNL. Naar het buitenland wordt er verstuurd met DPD inclusief Track & Trace. U ontvangt een bevestiging per mail zodra uw bestelling wordt verzonden.
Retourneren/ruilen
- RAANII voert je bestelling met de groots mogelijke zorg uit. Toch kan er een keer iets misgaan tijdens het bezorgen. Is een product niet naar wens dan kun je deze retour sturen binnen 14 dagen. U dient vooraf via e-mail contact met RAANII op te nemen om de retour door te geven.
- De verzendkosten bij een retourverzending zijn voor de koper.
- Na ontvangst van de retourzending zal RAANII het bedrag binnen 5 werkdagen terug storten op uw bankrekening.
Vragen/klachten
- Uiteraard streeft RAANII naar tevreden klanten. Heeft U een klacht, vraag of opmerking over mijn producten of de website dan kunt U altijd contact met met mij opnemen via contact@raanii.eu. Dan helpen we je graag verder.
Bescherming van persoonsgegevens
- De ingevulde gegevens zullen vertrouwelijk worden behandeld en alleen aan derden worden verstrekt in verband met betalingstransacties en bezorging. Zie privacy verklaring voor meer info.
Aansprakelijkheid
- www.raanii.eu wordt met de grootst mogelijke zorgvuldigheid samengesteld. Aan de inhoud van deze website kunnen echter geen rechten of aanspraken worden ontleend en RAANII aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor welke vorm van schade dan ook, voortvloeiend uit het gebruik van deze site en de producten. RAANII vrijwaart zich van alle juridische consequenties.
- RAANII kan niet verantwoordelijk worden gehouden voor eventuele kleurafwijkingen ten gevolge van beeldschermkwaliteit.

- Raanii.eu is eigendom van en wordt beheerd door Rani Temmink. Alle op de site afgebeelde gegevens zijn eigendom of in licentie van Rani Temmink en worden beschermd door auteursrecht, merkenrecht en/of enig ander intellectueel eigendomsrecht.
Opdrachten op maat
Facturering
RAANII werkt met een aanbetaling van 50%. Na schriftelijk akkoord op de offerte, dient deze binnen 14 dagen betaald de worden. Na ontvangst, wordt er pas aan de opdracht gewerkt. Na akkoord op het definitieve ontwerp, dient het restant op de factuur binnen 14 dagen na de factuurdatum betaald te worden.
Extra Kosten
Op de offerte worden alle diensten en de daaraan gekoppelde kosten benoemd. Voor extra werkzaamheden buiten deze genoemde diensten om wordt een meerprijs berekend. Deze extra kosten worden duidelijk gecommuniceerd.
Annulering opdracht
Wanneer de opdracht, na schriftelijk akkoord op de offerte, wordt geannuleerd, is de opdrachtgever een volledige betaling verschuldigd.
Naamsvermelding
Bij illustraties opmaat is RAANII ten alle tijden gerechtigd het werk op een passende manier te signeren.
Promotie & licentie
RAANII is gerechtigd het werk (illustraties, grafisch vormgeving en anders) te gebruiken voor promotiedoeleinden van RAANII. Hieronder vallen o.a. social media, portfolio en promoties. RAANII maakt gebruik van een niet-exclusieve licentie, mits anders afgesproken.
Auteursrecht
Het auteursrecht blijft bij RAANII, tenzij anders aangegeven of besproken.
Wijzigingen aanbrengen in originelen
Het is niet toegestaan, zonder overleg met RAANII, wijzigingen aan te brengen aan het orginele werk.
Eigendomsrecht
RAANII is niet verantwoordelijk voor fouten in de tekst of in het drukwerk. Na controle en schriftelijk akkoord van de opdrachtgever over het definitieve ontwerp is geen aanspraak te maken op correctie(s) door RAANII.

I'd love to hear about your ideas and see if I'm a good match to breathe life into your project! Send me all your ideas and details and I'll get back to you.
STEP 2
Meet & Greet
I love getting to know my clients and who I'm working with. I want to know what drives and inspires you. I'll schedule a quick call to discuss your wishes and the details of your project and see if we're a good match.
Step 3
Quotation
Are we a good match? Great! Once I've received all the details about the assignment and we've agreed on all the nitty gritty formalities, I'll send you a quotation by e-mail. I'll get started on the assignment once I've received a signed (digital) copy of the quotation.
STEP 4
Brainstorm & Sketches
Based on what we discussed, I'll do a brainstorm and create the first sketches. I'll take you along through this process, so that it will feel as much as your project as it does for me. A true collaboration!
STEP 5
Feedback round
I'll select my favourite sketches and send them to you for feedback. Once I received the feedback, I'll make the adjustments and finalise the illustrations.
Finalising
Happy with the sketches and final results? Then, I am too! I'll deliver the final illustrations in the correct files so that you can immediately use them. And that's a wrap!

How much does an illustration cost?
Every assignment is tailor-made. That's why it's so fun and unique. The costs depends on so many factors! What your wishes are, how much time it will take, how many illustrations, optional printing, licenses, how you are going to use the illustration, etc.
To give you an idea, a personalised greetingscard starts at €250 excl VAT a book cover starts at €700 excl VAT.
When can you start?
RAANII is a one woman show, running this next to a full-time job. Depending on the amount of current projects, I can usually start within 3-4 weeks.
What kind of custom designs do you make?
Firstmost, I enjoy working on projects that advocate inclusion and diversity. Following, I prefer working on project that have a social impact, however big or small, projects with human connections and beautiful stories. This could be a small personal book of your grandmothers recipes or a portrait of you and your best friend.
All illustrations can be printed on a wide range of products. Greeting cards, t-shirts, waterbottles, posters, bookmarks etc.
Do I own the work you create?
No, the copyright stays with me.
What is a license?
“License” is another word for right of use. With a license, the client receives permission from the maker to use a design. As an illustrator, I grant a basic license whereby the client can use the illustration for a specific place or product, such as a magazine or poster.
Can you arrange printwork and ship directly to the receiver if it's a gift?
At an extra cost I can arrange printwork for you. If you would like me to send the illustration directly to the receiver, that is possible.
