A portrait in which you can recognise yourself, of you and your loved ones, friends, family or even your furry friends! A portrait makes a wonderful gift or can brighten your own home with a personal touch. Ideal for birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, weddings, or thank you’s!
How it works
Send an e-mail (contact@raanii.eu) or message on Instagram with
the following details:
- How many people you want illustrated
- Pictures of those people
- Specific attributes or objects that need to be illustrated (clothing, glasses, jewlery, hats, certain object)
- Your name, address, and e-mail
- Optional: estimate deadline.
Please allow 3 weeks for completion.

What's included?

- 1 digitally drawn stylsed portrait.

Good to know:
- It is a digital stylised portrait. This means that it is an interpretation of reality added with some creative flair.
- The paper size is A4 (21 cm x 29,7)
- I only draw people (with pets), no backgrounds. For a full body portrait it's possible to add 1 big personal atribute's like plants, a stool, desk etc. as a background.
- The portrait may not be used commercially or reproduced in any form. You may, however, use the digital file as a profile picture and on social media.
- Custom illustrations are always signed in an appropriate manner
- I am entitled to use the artwork for promotional purposes of RAANII. If you are unhappy about the artwork being displayed, you must declare this upon placing the com
- It is not allowed to make changes to the original work without consultation
FAQ's
I just sent a request, what's next?
Once you’ve submitted a request, you can expect a reply within 1-2 business days. In that reply, I will provide an estimate for your custom portrait, instructions for making payment, and details needed to complete your portrait. Portraits are booked on a first come, first serve basis, so if you are hoping to get in early, please make your payment as quickly as possible!
First come first serve basis by payment. What does that mean?
Commissions are booked by receipt of payment, not by time of estimate request. This keeps it fair and allows me to keep any delays as short as possible.
Is payment required upfront? Do you allow refunds?
Yes, the full estimate amount is required prior to booking and prior to me starting the portrait. Refunds are not allowed at this time due to the unique nature of creating custom portraits.
Can I request revisions?
Yes! One revision round is included in the estimate for small tweaks - adjusting colors, lines, details, etc. Additional revisions or revisions out of scope will be given an estimate to approve before proceeding.
What illustration style can I expect?
Custom portrait commissions are all created in the same style as the examples.
