02 Discovery Call
Once I’ve reviewed your inquiry form, I'll schedule a quick chat—either online or in person! This is a great opportunity for us to get to know each other better and clarify your goals, vision, and deliverables. This is the time to ask all your questions!
03 Quotation
When I have a clear understanding of your project, I’ll put together a detailed quotation/proposal just for you. I’ll send it to your email, along with a contract that you can easily sign digitally whenever you’re ready.
04 Create
With a clear understanding of your vision and goals from our discovery call, I’ll dive into the purpose and message you want to communicate. I’ll analyze the available data and documents, research your target audience, and lay the foundation for a design that truly resonates. Then, I’ll jump into sketching initial concepts and ideas, sharing them with you for feedback. Based on your input, I’ll refine the sketches and start compositions before moving on to the next stage.
05 Elevate
After your approval of the first sketches and concepts, we’ll elevate these into a refined design, transforming initial ideas into a cohesive visual. I’ll take your feedback and fine-tune the details—adjusting composition, enhancing visuals, and adding color to ensure clarity, inclusivity, and impact. You’ll start to see everything come together, with each refinement bringing it closer to your vision. Through this collaborative process, your input will help shape the final design to make sure the design(s) feels just right.
06 Activate
Now it’s time to activate the designs! I’ll finalize every detail and prepare the files in the right formats for web and print. You’ll also receive any accompanying assets—ready to be shared with the world and make an impact while taking your project, initiative or business to the next level. To wrap things up, we’ll have a final call to ensure everything meets your expectations.
